1. It is the start of a fresh week
Had a bad week the week before? today is a brand new week, anything that upset you or got you down the week before can be forgot and you can focus on the week ahead!
Treat Monday as the day where you are the most optimistic and feel excited at the week ahead - you have a whole new clean slate ahead of you and be excited at the fact you don't know what is around the corner!
2. Be grateful for what you have
Too often we tend to compare ourselves to others and think about what we don't have and what we want but can't have. But sometimes you need to take a step back and think about the things you have and be grateful for them.
Whether work or school is getting you down, think about the fact that you are so lucky to be able to go to work or have a secure job, and get an education. Many people only dream of those things and would do anything to be in your shoes!
3. Anything is possible
Do you have a dream or wish that you were doing something different or for example want your own business, a different job, get jealous of those that can do what they love or have loads of money?
You have got to think that everyone that is successful had to start somewhere. For example those successful businesses you see or bloggers, or people with good jobs all started somewhere, and they didn't just magically turn into what they are now, they worked for it.
If you put your mind to it, work hard and don't give up you will find that anything is possible!
